When you have a hankerin’ for a “hunk-o-beef” this here’s the place to fulfill your craving. This is no time for calorie counting so leave your diet at home. One offering is the 24-ounce Ribeye, which will cover the plate and leave your choice of a side order relegated to a separate dish. It’s hard to have enough room for the entrée without skipping the accompanying salad. For a more petite palate, order the 20-ounce filet mignon. Not quite so hungry?

The simple and straightforward menu selections include chicken fried steak, burgers and chicken dishes. The Country Inn will serve up a lot of food and all at a price within the budget. If you show up at the dinner hour though, expect a wait. The dining room has 10 – 15 tables and they remain full at peak times.
