The Texas Favorite

Leakey, Texas Bob and Robin Albrightleft the city in February of 2000 for the joys of country living in the Frio Canyon.
In their 22 years of riding experience, they had visited the Hill Country often and decided to settle in Leakey because of the great roads to ride.
Steep grades and tight turns make these roads very challenging and a heck of a ride! Their t-shirts describe them – Unbelievable!
In April of 2002,they felt it was important to open a “comfortable place for motorcycle enthusiasts” because nothing like that existed in the area.
You will find their place an oasis in the middle of nowhere. They understand what motorcyclists and travelers need on the road.
On your trip, don’t miss Ranch Road 337, one of the best roads in the Texas Hill Country. It was chosen by the readers of Ride Texas magazine as the #1 road in the state since it began it’s renowned Reader’s Choice Awards. Nearby Ranch Roads 335 and 336 have also been in the top ten roads list each year. These roads are known as the Three Sisters Loop – we like to call them the “Three Twisted Sisters”. Once you ride the three’s you will understand the coined phrase.
The Frio Canyon Motorcycle Stop has been voted #1 hangout for the last 3 years by Ride Texas readers. The stop has been included in the top ten best hangouts since we opened in 2002. In 2007, we were included in the Top Ten in the Gear and Accessories Stores and the Friendliest Counter Help categories.
All bikes and other vehicles are welcome. If you ride a cruiser, bagger, chopper, sport bike, dual purpose, sport tourer, or it has 2-4 wheels – you should make this a destination.
Bob and Robin are happy to direct you to the best rides in the area.
